Participation in outdoor fitness activities carries inherent risks including but not limited to injury from falls, weather exposure, wildlife encounters, and cardiovascular strain. By using our services, you assume all risks associated with participation and release Lagoon Hub from liability for any injuries or damages that may occur, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Booking and Cancellation

Program bookings are subject to our scheduling and availability. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session receive full credit toward future bookings
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are subject to a 50% charge
• No-shows are charged in full
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather conditions or other circumstances, in which case participants will receive full credit or refund

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lagoon Hub or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
